TextMeNot is shaped by the people using it. If it is working, say so. If it is not, say what went wrong. If you have an idea, or a feature you keep wishing for, this is where it goes. Every note is read by the people who build the app, and the ones we act on show up in the release notes.

What happens next

• You get a reference number right away. Keep it if you want to follow up.
• If you left an email, you hear back, usually within two business days.
• Issues are looked at first. Ideas and feature requests are grouped and weighed against each other, so a short note still counts.
• A real message that was screened by mistake does not need a form: open the Screened tab and tap Not junk. For help with the app, see Support.
